This is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 200 x 934.77 foot lot in the Bridle Path.
The lot is huge, the house is 10,000 square feet, both of which are kind of nuts.
But what is really nuts is the garden.
A few days after I posted the condo at 832 Bay Street that had the 'piazza' that was designed by Janet Rosenberg, and I showed this picture as an example of her work....
I came across this listing.
It has been listed since at least October, but I only noticed it a few weeks ago.
Probably because of the garden. It is the same one that I posted for the Bay Street condo.

As of yesterday, this house has now had a price drop....

Or course, it's going to sell now! They threw in another '8'!!!
