PRICE DROP #4 - 104 Wells Hill Avenue - CASA LOMA
I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 47.91 x 123.16 foot lot at 104 Wells Hill Avenue in Casa Loma in November.
The asking price was $3,149,000.
But that was its 3rd price drop.
This house, that was listed in 2011 for $1,695,000 and reportedly sold for $1,650,000, was fully redone and was listed in May for $3,499,000.
Which, though the house is large, it has quirks and the location right beside this park with no other houses around it isn't the best.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $3,299,000.
By November, it was dropped to $3,149,000.
I thought it was more of a $2.7 house.
Several readers thought it was worth less and it was clear it was getting another price drop. And it did.
The new price is $3,099,000.
So, yeah. Still too high.
