It was first listed at $15,000,000.

When I posted it in December 2012, the price had dorpped to $8,800,000.

It was still too high and the price was dropped this past November to $6,295,000.

Again too high and the price was dropped a month ago to $5,927,900.

I still thought it was too high but was getting closer.

It finally sold...

For $5,650,000.
