AND IT WENT FOR - 443 St. Clements Avenue - ALLENBY
Guess that dining room situation was even worse in person!
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 137 foot lot at 443 St. Clements at the beginning of December.
It was a good house.
But this was the dining room....
So......
At $1,495,000, I thought it was overpriced.
I thought, because of the location and the fact that other than the dining room, it wasn't a bad house, that it would sell closer to $1,435,000.
It didn't.
In mid January, the price was dropped to $1,395,000.
It sold in 4 days....
For $1,385,000.
Too bad about that dining room.
