AND IT WENT FOR - 36 Berryman Street - YORKVILLE
I first posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house at 36 Berryman Street in Yorkville in August.
Though the house looks like it has seen better days, the house was listed at $1,600,000 in March 2013.
When I posted it, the price had dropped to $1,599,999.
For this house, that seems like a lot but this is a 25 x 80 foot lot in Yorkville.
I still thought it was overpriced and would sell for closer to $1,299,000.
It just sold...
For $1,580,000.
Maybe this is what they found in the back yard!
