I did not think it was going to happen!!!
Though the 6th price drop for this house was a little better than the first insane price for this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 15.67 x 85 foot lot at 87 Summerhill Avenue in Summerhill...
I still thought the price was a little high and that this place was not going to see.
But it was better than the first price!
When this house was first listed in October 2012 (yes, more than a year ago), the asking price was $1,995,000.
I thought it was typo (well, not really) and that they meant to list it at $1,199,500.
It wasn't a typo and the price wa
s dropped in April 2013 to $1,874,000...
Then in May to $1,775,000...
And in July to $1,725,000...
It's a middle row house, only 3 bedrooms, barely a backyard, and there is no parking.
So, when it was dropped last Thursday to $1,595,000....
It was better, but I still didn't think it was going to sell.
It sold....
For $1,595,000.
