The house didn't sell (surprise!) and the price was dropped in January 2013 to $1,949,000...
In April 2013 to $1,874,000...
Then in May to $1,775,000...
And in July to $1,725,000...
It has been dropped again.
The new price is....
$1,595,000.
So, what do I think of the new price?
