At the end of January, I posted a 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi duplex on a 15.75 x 100 foot lot at 228 Brock Avenue.
If you wanted a duplex, it was move in ready. If you wanted a single family home, there was a little work to do to remove the second floor kitchen but not that much.
It was listed at $699,000.
This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family semi on a 15.50 x 76 foot lot with a finished basement (though there are no pictures).
It could use some fixing up with new floors, a new bathroom, and a new kitchen.
And with that done and with furniture that actually fits in the space, this place could be great.
Especially for the price.
This house is listed at $475,000.
Considering the sold price of Brock and the fact that a smaller gutter row house just north of Dundas at 22 Fisher Street just sold for $565,000....
This could sell up to $600,000.
Seriously, how did they get that couch into the house!?!
