PRICE DROP #3 - 51 Roxborough Drive - ROSEDALE
This isn't much of a surprise.
If you are into contemporary design, and a house made with a lot of glass, this house called 'The Wolf House' that was designed by Barton Myers in 1974 is amazing.
But $6,500,000!?!
I thought it was a little high.
Like maybe a million or so too high!!!!
In May 2013, this house had a price drop to $5,995,000.
Though the architecture stands up 40 years later, and even the furniture is still the same as it was in 1974...

For a 3 bedroom house that is REALLY close to a fast and busy section of Mount Pleasant, this was still too high.
The price was dropped again in November 2013 to $5,595,000.
Not quite at that million or so drop that it needed.
But now, the price has been dropped again.
The new asking price is $5,195,000.
Still too high?
Yup.
