RELISTED - 34 1/2 Bellwoods Avenue North - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
A little over a year ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 13.75 x 57.83 foot lot at 34 1/2 Bellwoods Avenue North in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It had been listed since October 2012 for $689,000 but hadn't sold.
When I posted it, the price was $675,000.
It was flip done by
HGTV's Scott McGillivary of Income Property, but it was mostly the washroom and kitchen that was touched. The basement was still unfinished.
But considering that the
house at 18 Givins Street that was a little larger sold for sold for $716,000...
I thought this place could sell for $679,000.
It didn't. It sold a little over a week later for $661,500.
And it's on the market again.
This time, the asking price is $759,000.
Just under $100,000 more than they bought it for a year ago? No basement, no parking, only 1 bathroom, and I can't find since when, but it has been listed over a week.
So...what do you think it will sell for?
A. $759,000
B. $719,000
C. $709,000
My guess?
Maybe.
