This house was listed at year ago for $699,900.
A year later almost to the day, it was listed again for $899,000.
Even though it sold for $852,777 a year earlier, I thought this price was too high for a row house.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped a week later, the price was dropped to $889,000.
It still didn't sell and three days later they raised the price. This time the asking price was $942,500.
To no one's surprise, it didn't sell and the price was dropped 2 weeks later to $918,500.
