Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.25 x 138 foot lot at 52 Birch Avenue in Summerhill.

It was a great house, in a great neighbourhood that was a lot bigger than it looked.

But it only had 2 bathrooms and there is no parking.

It was listed at $1,300,000.

I though it was low but would probably sell up to $1,425,000.

It just sold...
