It has 9 guest rooms and 5 bathrooms and it sits on a 28 x 100 foot lot and it's 6,000 square feet.
So, the lot is ALL house.
And it was listed at $3,750,000!!!!
Ummm.....
6,000 square feet is really big, but seriously!?! This is not an almost $4 million house.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in Febuary to $2,999,900. And it was still way to high.
Considering that the very similar El Mocambo bed and breakfast mansion at 208 Dunn Avenue in Parkdale sold for $1,900,000, there was no way this house was getting a million dollars more.
And they haven't.
The price has been dropped again...
To $2,695,000.
Still way too high.
