PRICE INCREASE - 35 Glengrove Avenue East - LAWRENCE PARK
What!?!
Price INCREASE!?!
When I posted this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 100 x 135 foot lot at 35 Glengrove Avenue East in May 2013, it was listed at $4,295,000.
It's a large house and it could be amazing.
But I thought it was a little high at $4.3 million.
I guess it didn't sell and now it is back on the market with an increase (wtw!?!).
The new price is $4,495,000.
I don't get it.
