SOLD - 110 Withrow Avenue - RIVERDALE
Last week, when I was having computer problems (which are now fixed!), I wanted to post this house.
It's a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house semi on an 18 x 105 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 110 Withrow Avenue in Riverdale.
And it showed really well.
But it seemed really small.
It was listed at $639,000.
Considering that the similarily sized houses at 147 Withrow Avenue and 149 Withrow Avenue $715,000 and $738,000 respectively...
And the house at 145 Withrow Avenue sold for $729,000...
It was pretty clear this was going to go over ask, and since it showed better than those houses, probablyk in the mid-7s.
Maybe even $765,000.
It just sold...
For $###,###.
That's good news for 95 Withrow Avenue!
