It was listed at $1,599,000.
It isn't your typical looking Rosedale house, but it a good house. The kitchen is at the front which I don't love, but there is good separation from the front door.
As the house is now, there are only 3 bedrooms but the third floor could be made into 2 bedrooms and the second floor family room could become the master with one bedroom turning into another bathroom. It would then be 4 bedrooms (but no family room).
The deck is new, there is parking, it's move right in.
It sold in 2 days.
I think this house sold for closer to $1,680,000. Maybe even $1,723,000.
