PRICE DROP #3 - 68 Astley Avenue - ROSEDALE
I first posted this 5+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 75 x 101.5 foot lot at 68 Astley Avenue in North Rosedale in October.
It sounds impressive and the listing photo makes this house look really big....
But the lot is actually pie shaped with basically no yard. And the +2 bedrooms are basement bedrooms that look like Ruprecht's dungeon bedroom.
The asking price was $1,899,000.
There was no WAY this was selling for $1.9.
It didn't and the price was dropped a week later to $1,848,000. Still way too high.
It never sold and the price was dropped again March to $1,799,000.
Umm...
Still too high.
As of a couple of weeks ago, the price has been dropped again.
The new asking price is $1,725,000.
And.....
