Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 15 x 104 foot lot at 79 Allen Avenue just north of Dundas and east of Broadview.

It isn't a huge house but the work done to it make it feel big and bright.

It was listed at $699,000.

Though there was no parking and the location was amazing, I thought this was going over.

I thought it would sell closer to $765,000.

It sold...

For $750,000.
