It looks like it has had a recent reno and I like it. The floors are a little dark for me but they do look good. I don't get why the front door opens the way it does but it's a nice door. The kitchen is big and bright and there is a family room at the back with great floor to ceiling windows.
Upstairs has good sized bedrooms, the bathroom is a good size, and the basement is done.
I wouldn't say it's the best location, but it is a nice street, it's a short walk to Queen Street, and the house is located across the street from a playground.
Plus the neighbours look friendly as they clearly agreed to take away their garbage cans for the listing photo...
The asking price is $699,000.
Though the location isn't perfect, it is a good house. There is no parking and parking looks tight on this street which could get annoying.
But it is a really nice house.
I think this will sell fast and closer to $765,000.
