This house is a 4+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 40 x 120 foot lot on a great street in Wychwood with a detached garage.

And it is on a great street.

Unfortunately it is at the top of another street and according to 1 of the 2 things I know about Feng Shui, that isn't a good thing.

But I could overlook that.

This house needs a ton of work but it could be amazing. I am not crazy about that super cramp entrance hallway but either the walls could be opened up or at least the openings widened and raised.

The kitchen is tiny but there is tons of space to build in the back. And that would probably make sense as the bedrooms are also pretty small and the whole bathroom situation is kind of odd up there. Actually, the whole second floor is completely messed up.

So, it's a full gutter.

Or....you could just rebuild because this house is listed low.

The asking price is $1,100,000.

That is $105,000 LESS than what this house...
