AND IT WENT FOR - 16 Cornish Road - MOORE PARK

When I first posted this house at 16 Cornish Road in Moore Park 2 years ago, it was a house in need of some work.

It had been listed at $975,000 and sold for $1,176,100.

For a flip, this was a lot of money so I thought it must have sold to someone who was planning to reno and live there.

Looks like it was a flip.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house was listed again 2 weeks ago for $1,795,000.

Overall, it's a good flip with a big kitche. But the layout was odd and the bedrooms didn't have closets, just a shared closet in the hall (which is really fricking weird if you ask me!).

I thought the price was ambitious.

I thought perhaps somewhere closer to $1,595,000.

It sold...

Not bad for a house with a shared hallway closet!
