AND IT WENT FOR - 98 Gough Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATES/GREEKTOWN/THE DANFORTH

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 17 x 130 foot lot at 98 Gough Avenue that I said was in Playter Estates, but is probably more like Greektown as a few readers pointed out (or The Danforth depending on who you talk to). 

It was a great house that had been completely redone with great floors, big bright windows, and an amazing deck off the master on the roof.

It was listed at $989,600.

Though it is a row house and is really close to Pape, with the reno and the backyard and 2 car parking, I thought this house would sell way over.

Somewhere closer to $1,250,000...maybe a little more.

It sold last week...
