PRICE DROP - 10 Ellis Gardens - SWANSEA
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 47 x 120 foot lot at 10 Ellis Gardens at the south end of Swansea at the beginning of April.
It's good house on the outside, though not super exciting, and the inside has had a recent reno that is modern with some quirks (like that toilet placement).
And the backyard is located on the south end of the West Pond, which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you ask.
The asking price was $2,575,000.
I thought that if the Pond wasn't super swampy, this place could sell for $2,450,000.
If it was, then it would probably sell closer to $2,275,000.
It hasn't sold and the price was dropped a couple of weeks ago...
To $2,375,000.
Uh oh! I could be wrong...
But I'm thinking....
Maybe they should relist in October.
Then again, this as your backyard...
Could be pretty amazing.
You just might need one of these...
