I first posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17 x 123 foot lot at 23 Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village at the end of May.

It was a large, bright house with 2 parking spots just north of Queen.

It was listed at $879,000.

I thought there was no WAY it wasn't going over.  I thought this house could sell for $1,079,000.

A week after I posted it, the price was increased to $979,000.

It didn't sell.

Last week, the price was brought down again to $879,900.

It finally sold...
