PRICE DROP - 23 Northcote Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
When I first posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom on a 17 x 123 foot lot with 2 parking spots at 23 Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village at the end of May...
I thought there was no WAY it was not going over.
It was a good sized house that was move right in, yet with room to make changes if you wanted.
It was listed at $879,000.
I thought it would go for $1,079,000.
A week later, the price was increased to $979,000.
It never sold and as of yesterday, the price has been dropped to just above original price...
$879,900.
