AND IT WENT FOR - 31 Dundurn Road - LAWRENCE PARK
I first posted this house at 31 Dirty Deeds Dundurn Cheap Road in Lawrence Park in February 2013.
It was a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 136 foot lot and it was BROWN...
But it had a lot of potential.
I thought it would be good with an addition, but assumed it would get torn down.
It was listed initially at $1,850,000 and finally sold after a could of price drops for $1,625,000.
This April, it was back on the market after a complete redo. It wasn't torn down and there was no addition. In fact, they reduced the amount of bedrooms from 4 to 3.
Which is why I thought, even with the nice kitchen, that it was overpriced at $2,895,000. I thought it was more of a $2,495,000...maybe $2,565,000 house.
After a price drop last week to $2,799,000, it finally sold...
For $#,###,###.
Not bad for a 3 bedroom!
