AND IT WENT FOR - 54 Dupont Street - DUPONT AND DAVENPORT

Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house on a 27.08 x 96 foot lot at 54 Dupont Street at Dupont and Davenport.

It was a complete reno that had been completed by JCI Architects, the same people behind the house at 339 Rumsey Road in North Leaside.

I really liked the reno, but didn't love the front door opening right into the living room. and I didn't love that the was no door to the third floor master bedroom.

And I am sure there were many people who wouldn't be into the train.  I agree.  It's just a tad close to the tracks but there are some people that would love that.

It was listed at $1,795,000.

I thought it would sell fast and closer to $1,835,000.  

I did sell fast but not over ask.
