AND IT WENT FOR - 72 Prue Avenue - ENGLEMOUNT

In January, I posted this 5+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 123.33 foot lot at 72 Prue Avenue in Englemount.

It was a new build and I really liked it.

I just wasn't really into the 'Santana featuring Rob Thomas' music in the video.

Or the barefeet in the video.

But though I liked the house, I thought the price was a little high for the neighbourhood.

The asking price was $2,299,900.

It didn't sell and I guess the price was dropped at the beginning of April to $2,199,800.

That was still too high and the house sat on the market for 2 months.

It just sold...

For $#,###,###.

Time to get in that neighbourhood if that's where you want to be!  The prices are starting to go up fast.
