AND IT WENT FOR - 95 Belmont Street - YORKVILLE

Before I had a chance to post the third price drop for this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20 x 78 foot lot at 95 Belmont Street...

It had sold.

I first posted this house in mid-June.  

It was first listed at $1,995,000.

Though it is a great house, it has a weird basement room and there is only one parking spot.

Two weeks after it was first listed, the price was dropped to $1,895,000.

It still didn't sell and when I posted it, the price had been dropped to $1,825,000.

I thought it would be more of a $1,799,000 house.

Last week, the rpice was dropped to $1,795,000.

It sold 3 days later...
