When I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 203 foot ravine lot at 33 Astley Avenue in North Rosedale...

I thought that regardless of the location on a busy street and right beside this house...

That it would sell fast and at about 10% over ask.

It didn't.

This house was listed at $2,295,000.

Three weeks after it was listed, the price was dropped to $2,199,000.

It still hasn't sold and the price was dropped again last week...

To $2,089,000.
