PRICE DROP - 33 Astley Avenue - ROSEDALE
In mid-May, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 203 foot lot at 33 Astely Avenue in North Rosedale.
It had undergone a recent reno apparently done by Connie Braemar and I really liked it.
Though the house is 4 bedrooms, it doesn't feel huge and it isn't in the best location being on one of the busiest corners in Rosedale, but the lot is amazing and the house is done well.
It was listed at $2,295,000. From memory, I think the last time it sold was about 5 years ago and for about $1,700,000.
I thought this house was selling closer to $2.5.
It didn't sell.
And after 2 weeks on the market, the price has dropped.
Looks like I was a little off on this one.
The new asking is $2,199,000.
Not a good sign for 68 Astley.
