RELISTED - 110 Park Road - ROSEDALE
I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 38 x 145 foot lot at 110 Park Road in November 2012.
It was a great looking house on the outside that used to look like this...
So, obvioulsy, they did a lot of work.
But inside, it was not what I was expecting.
It's very new buildy on the inside. And there is no proper living room. For a house listed at $3,800,000, you kind of want a living room.
Considering that the house at 106 Crescent Road wasn't selling at $3,379,000 (it eventually sold for $3,042,235 this past January), though this house has a great backyard and lots of bedrooms, I thought it was overpriced.
Perhaps $3,550,000, but not $3.8.
It never sold.
Then, a year ago, a house around the corner at 4 Meredith Crescent came on the market. It was a more contemporary reno and it was listed at $3,949,000.
I thought that was also too high. It took a year, but it finally sold...for $3,695,000.
So now this place is back on the market...
For $3,799,000.
Even though it has more bedrooms than 4 Meredith Crescent....
I'm sticking with $3,550,000.
