This is a 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 36 x 138.73 foot lot at 106 Crescent Road in South Rosedale.
I first posted it in July 2012. The asking price was $3,379,000.
Considering that the exterior looked like this when it was listed for $1,649,900 in November 2010...
It's clear that they did a lot of work on the inside as well.
When I posted it, I thought perhaps this could be the home of Dwell Studio's Christiane Lemieux (who happened to be featured in Fortune Magazine yesterday!). There is a lot about it that seems like her style, and that rug in the kitchen is a Dwell Studio rug. Considering that she is from Toronto, it was possible. But she lives in New York.
I just realized though that a commentor (thanks Kyle!) suggested that this house was probably decorated by Michael Angus of Angus & Company which makes sense.

Though this house showed really well, the price was just too high.
It sat on the market for ages until it finally had a price drop in September 2013 to $3,195,000.
I still thought it was a little high.
But it has finally sold...
For $3,042,235.
