RELISTED - 184 Lisgar Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
I first posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 16.01 x 32.7 foot lot at 184 Lisgar Street almost a year ago in July.
It was a small space and the house needed a lot of work. And though that kitchen functioned, it looked like a kitchen from a small boat.
It was listed at $409,000.
I thought it was possible to build something like the house at 5 Miles Place that sold for $662,558 in March 2013.
But the asking price was a little high to have that make sense. I thought it would sell closer to mid to high $3s.
The house finally sold for $385,000.
Well, looks like it is back on the market, and by the same owners as before because the couch is still there.

Clearly not a lot has changed. Except thay added another couch and they cleaned up the kitchen.
The new asking price is $475,000.
That's a 23% increase with no apparent changes.
So.....
Along with the house at 64 Hilton Avenue that increase by 46% after two years...
