AND IT WENT FOR - 102 Summerhill Avenue - SUMMERHILL

In May, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 60 foot lot at 102 Summerhill Avenue in the Summerhill neighbourhood.

The lot wasn't deep but it was wide and had a parking spot.

Only problem was that it was only 2 bedrooms and could use some work.

The asking price was $1,399,0000.

It was way too high. I thought it would go for closer to $1,225,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,295,000 in June.

It has finally sold...

For $1,201,000.
