PRICE DROP #2 - 33 Astley Avenue - ROSEDALE
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 203 foot ravine lot at 33 Astley Avenue in North Rosedale in May.
There is something about that house that I love from the outside. And though it isn't huge, I didn't neccessarily love the inside as much as the outside, I thought it was going to sell fast and for overasking.
It didn't.
The house was listed at $2,295,000. I thought it could sell for $2,495,000...maybe $2,525,000.
Well...
Looks like I got the price wrong on this one.
Because not only did this place not sell fast, it had a price drop at the end of May to $2,199,000.
And another one at the end of June to $2,089,000...
But this house is still on the market.
So...since it's been almost 2 months since the last price drop, I'm thinking it's time for another one soon.
