SOLD/RELIST - 986A Logan Avenue - THE DANFORTH*
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 16.12 x 140 foot lot at 986A Logan Avenue.
If it looks familiar (which it probably won't), it's because I posted it 2 years ago when the listing photo looked like this...
Perhaps the worst listing photo I have ever seen.
But they did eventually update it to this...
Soooo much better.
At the time, this house was a 3 bedroom (one being in the kitchen!), 2 bathroom house, and it needed a LOT of work.
It was listed at $799,999.
There was no way it was selling for that. It didn't and it was relisted in February at $749,900.
Still too high so a week later, it was dropped again to $719,000.
I thought it was still a little too high...but it did have a 2 car garage!
There was another price drop to $684,500. It eventually sold for $615,000.
As of last week, it was on the market again as a flip.
It's not an amazing flip, but it is a solid house. I don't get the location of the toilet on the first floor AT ALL. I think it would have been better to be located between the dining room and kitchen, especially with all that space in the kitchen....
So that's a bit annoying.
But the rest of the house is good.
It was listed last week for $979,000.
It sold...
For $1,168,000.
