From the photo above, and the interior photos, it looks like a good size for a 2 bedroom.
But from the Google streetview!?!
That place is tiny!
But it is a good condo alternative. And though I don't love the darkness of the kitchen, it's a nice, updated house.
It's listed at $579,000.
Considering that a 1+1 bedroom house on a smaller lot at 90 Moberly Avenue sold for $479,900 in December 2013...
And that the 2 bedroom row house at 317 Highfield Avenue was listed at $499,000 and I think sold right at list in May...
This will sell close to ask...maybe closer to $585,000.
