PRICE DROP - 99 Alberta Avenue - WYCHWOOD
Two weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 24.83 x 107.58 foot lot at 99 Alberta Avenue.
It's a nice looking house both inside and out. It needs some updating, and that slanted roof might be an issue, but it is a good house in a good neighbourhood.
It was listed at $749,000.*
I thought, if the roof wasn't an issue, that it would sell fast and closer to $849,000, maybe more.
It didn't.
In fact, the price for this house has now dropped.
The new asking price is...
$719,000.
*revised to reflect correct typo of $719,000 when it should have been $749,000.
