I would say that this house would be sold before the weekend.
It's a good looking house from the front (except the roof and I am not sure about those shutters), the inside feels like a good size and it is bright with a new kitchen (though I am not crazy about the backsplash).
The bathrooms could use some updating and some of the windows have seen better days.
But this is a great house in a good neighbourhood.
And it is listed at $749,000.
So, either that roof is a big problem or they want a bidding war because this isn't selling at $750,000.
Even if there is a roof problem, I think this will sell closer to $849,000.
If there is no problem....$889,000.
P.S. I'm liking the 3 Sprouts storage bin in the playroom...
