AND IT WENT FOR - 16 De Grassi Street - LESLIEVILLE

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 17.29 x 92.58 foot lot at 16 De Grassi Street.

It was a flip that sold in March for $627,500 before the renovations.

I wasn't super crazy about the flip, but thought that a little paint would brighten it up.

It was listed at $799,000.

Considering that the flipped semi at 14 De Grassi sold for $775,000 a year ago, with a 10% increase , (minus a little as I liked that flip more and it had that third floor room and deck)...

I thought this place would sell around $829,000.

Well, maybe there was a third floor that I missed because this place just sold 13% higher than what 14 De Grassi sold for a year ago.
