AND IT WENT FOR - 324 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

Just yesterday, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi on a 26.75 x 121 foot lot at 324 Glen Road in North Rosedale.

It was a flip done by the Cornish Flippers (aka  Lionfish Developments).

As was the case with their other houses, there was a LOT about the houses that I loved.  But there were also quirks...

Like the claustrophobic staircase up to the third floor in this house and the 2 toned wood bannister.

Otherwise, this was a fully done, large semi on a good sized lot on a good street.  

The only problem was that though this house is located in North Rosedale, for a house this size, at the price range, buyers usually tend to go to Riverdale or Summerhill.

Guess not in this case because this house sold...in 1 day....for asking.

$1,599,000.

Makes me think there was a buyer lined up all along, especially since there was never an open house scheduled, but not sure what there would be to gain from listing it if they already had the buyer.

Either way, nice sale!

Maybe it was the new staging furniture.
