I don't necesarily love the paint colours throughout the house, or on the outside, but this is a really good sized family house in a great neighbourhood.

Basically, it's a good sized move in ready family house.
So, why is it only $1,950,000?
I know the similarily sized neighbour at 187 Inglewood Drive...
Sold for $2,250,000 in April, but I thought those people got a bargain.
And when you consider that the house across the street at 200 Inglewood Drive...

I don't think so. I'm thinking closer to $2,300,000...maybe $2.350,000.
A little paint (and maybe a master bath reno), and this is a terrific house.
