This house is now listed at $1,289,000.
The house down the street at 32 Belmont Street sold for $1,275,000 in March. It wasn't as new, but it had a bigger yard and a garage, and it was a semi instead of a row house.
I'm thinking this will sell at ask. Maybe closer to $1,310,000.
