PRICE DROP - 243 Russell Hill Road - SOUTH HILL

Last week, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 180 lot just south of St. Clair at 243 Russell Hill Road in Forest Hill.

I really liked the house, just not at its first asking in November 2013 of $3,799,000.

When I posted it last week, it had been relisted at a drop to $3,499,000.  I thought it would be more of a $3.3 house.

Looks like nothing happened at $3.5 and they really want to sell.  

Just a week later, the price has been dropped again...

To $3,399,000.

I'm guessing it will sell soon...but probably closer to $3,345,000.
