When I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 47 x 120 foot lot at 10 Ellis Gardens in Swansea in April, it was listed at $2,575,000.

It's a nice house but it is close to traffic...

And it was at the bottom of West Pond...

Which looked kind of swampy.

I thought if it was swampy, this house would sell for $2,275,000.  If it wasn't swampy, it would sell for $2,450,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped at the end of May to $2,375,000.  At the beginning of September, it was dropped again to $2,200,000.

It finally sold...

For $2,043,000.

Guess it's pretty swampy.
