AND IT WENT FOR - 14 Sparkhall Avenue - RIVERDALE

Last week, I posted this 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 99 foot lot at 14 Sparkhall Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a good sized house on a good lot with a garage in the back.  Sure, there is no room to expand because, with the garage, the backyard isn't very big.  But this could be a good house on the existing foot pritnt.

It was listed at $999,000.

Considering the slightly larger house at 14 Simpson Avenue sold for $1,051,000, I thought this would sell for a similar price, perhaps slightly more.  

Maybe somewhere around $1,089,000.

It sold...

For $1,168,000.
