AND IT WENT FOR - 455 Euclid Avenue - LITTLE ITALY
Two days ago, I posted this 3+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 20.5 x 127 foot lot at 455 Euclid Avenue in Little Italy.
I assumed it was a flip done by the Barn Door Flippers.
The same flippers behind 196 Grace Street in Bickford Park...
Because the stairs, the kitchens, and the bathtubs were all the same.
But this time around, I kind of liked it!
It was listed at $1,985,000.
I thought it might be a little high at $2 million. But then again, it was a better house than the house down the street at 469 Euclid Avenue that sold for $1,675,000 two years ago, which if you were add a 10% increase, would now sell for $1,840,250.
So, maybe the price for this house wasn't so far off.
But I still couldn't get these out of my head...
Looks like that wasn't an issue for everybody.
This house sold the day after I posted it and after only 2 days on the market...
For $2,025,000.
Wonder if 373 Shaw Street is next!!!
