PRICE DROP - 63 Douglas Crescent - GOVERNOR'S BRIDGE
This house has been listed for a while.
I first posted it in April 2013 when the listing photo looked like this...
Yes, the photo is dated October 2012!
The asking price was $3,450,000.
It is a 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 34.25 x 129.75 foot lot.
And to me, it didn't look like a car bigger than a Fiat could fit. But as you can see from the new listing photo, it does fit what looks like a Honda Pilot.
Wonder if that is the same Pilot that was in the before photo from 2010...
When the house was listed at $1,120,000.
It never sold at the $3.5 asking price and the price was dropped 2 months later to $2,999,999.
I thought we would see another price drop.
By November, there was a price change but it was an increase...
To $3,250,000.
It didn't happen and the price was dropped again this past June...
To $2,999,900.
Now, 2 days after the $3,250,000 sale of the Moore Park house at 51 Welland Avenue...
This house is back on the market with a price drop.
The new asking price is...
$2,990,000.
So....slow....
