75 South Drive - ROSEDALE(CLICK PHOTO TO READ MORE!)
In February 2013, I posted this 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 49.18 x 184.14 foot lot at 75 South Drive in South Rosedale.
It had last been listed in January 2010 for $2,950,000, so my quess was that this was a flip.
But there was a dog...
At least I think it's a dog, so perhaps people were actually living here.
Then again, that might have just been a pillow...
The house was listed at $6,250,000. I thought it would sit for a while.
It sold the next day for $6,000,000!!!
Annnnd...it's now back on the market.
The new asking price is now $6,495,000.
Uhhhhh.....
I am not so sure about this.
